      High Mpact Aerobics

      High impact aerobics is a kind of traditional aerobics training with one-foot or both feet jumps, which consumes a lot of energy. Therefore, the cardiopulmonary system can be effectively exercised. It should be noted that this course may be too heavy for people who are beginners, seldom exercise, or being overweight. In addition, excessive jumping may causes impact between the lower limbs and the ground, which easily causes lower limbs joint and vertebral injury.

       

       

       

      COMBAT

      It is a combination of boxing, karate, teakwondo, kungfu and some dance movements. You will carry out some basic boxing and teakwondo exercise with intense music. In the process of punching and kicking, you will feel yourself strong and powerful so that you can vent yourself and sweat heartily.

       

       

       

      PILATES

      Pilates is an aerobic exercise. Pilates requires a larger range of motion and a greater intensity of exercise, which is more effective of losing weight than other courses. Pilates can make you healthier by releasing the tension and calming your mind. While stretching and strengthening the muscles, it can also promote the circulation system. Stretching exercise is an important part of Pilates training. The target muscle can be stretched and it has a great effect on the adjustment of trainer's posture.

      Also known as traditional yoga, the main purpose of Hatha is to exercise the flexibility and strength of the body and bring them into a state of balance.       Zumba is a healthy and fashion fitness program that combines music, easy-to-learn motions and also aerobics exercises. Zumba is a fitness mode evolved from dance. It combines a variety forms of  South American dance such as Samba, Chacha, Salsa, Reggae, Flamengo and Tango. The word 'zumba' is originated from Colombian slang, which means 'moving fast'. A 60-minute zumba class will be divided into several sessions with different intensity. In ZUMBA, people without any foundamental skill of dance can also relax themselves and have fun.
